Sometimes, although we feel the wind of change, we want to gain more clarity about the next level of our career – a coaching process helps you gain this clarity on goals and the necessary actions that will accelerate your path to the next destination of your professional development.
You need to clarify what kind of support you know you need now, what you don’t know that you don’t know yet – we take care of it.
Personally, I operate on the border between coaching and consulting. A session can last at least 1 ½ hours max. 2h, may involve a free preliminary telephone session to clarify objectives. It then focuses in the actual session on helpful questions to guide the coachee to the most appropriate inner resources, introspection, necessary ahas. When we enter the consulting area, you will find in me a constant support that, through personal successes or failures, can offer you, upon request, appropriate solutions. Establishing the next steps, follow-up on those discussed from my side and constant communication/support between sessions – these are just some of my approaches.
When I feel that the previous experience and the acquired knowledge are not enough for me to overcome the current context, when it seems that I cannot find the answer within me to the questions that bother me – this is just an example.
Some professionals opt for a 1 1/2 hour instant session, others for a coaching program. Coaching programs can have from 1 to 6 sessions of 2 hours each, with the possibility of extending the program, at the request of the client.

We generally operate with standard packages. When renewing (extending the initially agreed coaching program) clients can benefit from a discount.
